NCFE Principles of Business Administration

Course Overview

Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Business Administration cover the essentials of business administration, from event support to project management, enabling the learner to provide administrative support in a range of environments. Learners will know how to carry out administrative tasks such as managing information and will be able to apply their knowledge in a variety of industries and job roles. This course consists of a large number of activities, projects, preparation for work and work experience with the possibility to progress to a specialist vocational course at the college or secure a job.

You will study subjects such as: providing administrative service; business document production and information management; communication in a business environment; customer relationships etc.

Entry Requirements

  • This qualification is suitable for learners aged 16 and above who have four GCSEs at grade E (grade 2) or above (to include maths and English).
  • All applicants will undergo an initial assessment in literacy and numeracy
  • Places will be offered following a satisfactory interview. Applicants will be expected to demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to the chosen subject area.
