About Us

"We do what we do because your future matters to us."

Polino UK, or Polino for short, is an Ilford based organisation that works around the UK to provide a service to the community in the form of IAG, education and training.

We want to provide our learners with a service they won’t forget. We want our learners who study with us to hold their heads high and when asked about us, they would be able to say we have made a positive change in their lives.

Polino specialises in courses in the business and health care sector. We provide courses in:

  • Employability Skills
  • Business Administration
  • Customer Service
  • Adult Care
  • Childcare

We have the accreditation to run qualifications from various awarding bodies: NCFE; Gateway; OCN; Pearson Edexcel.

Our partners, Newham Training and Education Centre (NewTEC) and Birmingham City Council, are our biggest supporters and the main reason why we can make our courses free for you, as long as you meet their eligibility criteria!

Our Vision

"To become a reputable training provider in the UK"

Our vision is our source of inspiration. You are the source of our inspiration. Without your help, we would never be able to reach our ideal organisation.

Our Mission

"Improving the lives of our clients through training and education"

Millions across the UK over the age of 16 are without literacy, numeracy, and quite possibly a qualification, if not a full qualification, at Level 2 or above. There are also many in the UK who have dropped out of school without achieving a general certificate for secondary education (GCSE). There are adults that already have a job and are working but are unable to progress further into their career due to not having the right qualifications and lack of experience. They all have one thing in common; a lack of a qualification. Because of this uncertainty, they are unable to progress further into their lives, much less employment.

Polino UK’s mission is to provide these kinds of people, the people of our society, an education, training, and a certificate to show for it at the end of the day so that when they have an interview for a job, they would be able to say ‘Yes, I have a qualification in X’ and be able to answer questions in confidence.

Those between the age of 16 and 19 who are struggling to financially support themselves while they undertake a course with us will be able to apply for a bursary when they study with us. Much like with signing up for the course, you will be able to get the bursary as long as you meet the eligibility criteria!
